Scrap clay: no such thing!

I had a previous post about "scrap" clay being my preferred way to work with the clay. Here's a what-it-started-as and what-it-became photo.

    I hand roll almost everything. Here are examples where I used a roller:

    I find it's harder to figure out exactly how much clay fits in the roller than to just do them by hand. The roller sometimes "unrolls" them as well and then the bead falls apart.
